The Proptech BNE Pilot Program was established to support early-stage (pre-revenue) proptech companies as they navigate the complex national landscape of Australia's property and real estate industry.

Led by industry experts—including executives from Australia’s most reputable peak bodies, commercial and residential real estate leaders, major financial institutions, marketing firms, and startup advocates—the program is designed to turbocharge early-stage startups. Participants refine their value propositions, strengthen their business models to align with market needs, and secure their first pilot customers.

Delivered from Queensland’s capital, Brisbane, the Proptech BNE Pilot Program provides bespoke and curated opportunities for startups to engage directly with government, industry, and investors.

Now in its fourth year, the program has supported over 45 startups from across Australia in launching their products through mentorship and advocacy.

In 2025, the Pilot Program will run from June to August, culminating at Something Fest, Australia’s renowned national technology, digital, and innovation festival. Spaces are strictly limited, and applications are assessed by the Proptech BNE Industry Council.
